It is most often associated with the work of Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder who implemented some of the seminal studies in the area and initiated Neuro-linguistic programming.
The main idea of this progam is every one can do every thing. If you think only genius can achieve to a greater height , genius are born and not made ,then you are fooled. The tuth is genius are made not born,so how can we become an achiever, sure NLP techniques will help you. NLP modeling is a technique used to model a succesfull person. The modeler should just copy the person’s beliefs, value etc. Then you can produce the same result that the person producing.
Typically a “modeling project” might cover the following sources of behavior:
- Beliefs
- Values
- Internal strategies and Meta-Programs
- Outcomes
- Sensory perceptions and submodalities
- Physiology (body movement and body language)
- Language patterns
- Fall-back strategies (“what if it isn’t working”)
- Conscious and unconscious communications
- World view
When modeling another person the modeler suspends his or her own beliefs and adopts the structure of the physiology, language, strategies, and beliefs of the person being modeled. After the modeler is capable of behaviorally reproducing the patterns (of behavior, communication, and behavioral outcomes) of the one being modeled, a process occurs in which the modeler modifies and readopts his or her own belief system while also integrating the beliefs of the one who was modeled.
